These stencil packs are printed on Hi‑Bake vinyl rated up to 360°F, making them fully compatible with Cerakote curing temperatures. They are designed for Cerakote, but also work perfectly with Gunkote, Duracoat, Krylon, and other spray‑on firearm finishes. All stencil packs are single‑use and not reusable.

Each sheet is cut from premium 10×15 heat‑resistant vinyl and engineered specifically for firearm coatings, airbrushing, and custom finishing work. All artwork is originally designed in‑house, ensuring clean edges, consistent spacing, and reliable adhesion during spraying.

Origins of the Pattern

AUSCAM—often referred to as DPDU (Disruptive Pattern Desert Uniform) or DPCU (Disruptive Pattern Combat Uniform) depending on the variant—was developed by the Australian Defence Force in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The pattern is known for its distinctive “jellybean” shapes, which were designed to blend effectively in Australia’s unique mix of bushland, scrub, and semi‑arid terrain.

The design uses rounded, overlapping organic shapes arranged in clusters to break up the human silhouette at multiple distances. AUSCAM has been used by Australian infantry, special operations units, and support forces across numerous deployments, making it one of the most recognizable camouflage patterns in the Southern Hemisphere.

This stencil pack is inspired by the structure and visual style of AUSCAM, recreated as original artwork suitable for Cerakote and custom finishing applications.
