Return Policy – Stencil Products

All stencil products are made to order and inspected for quality before shipping. Because stencils are a consumable item used in coating applications, we offer returns only under specific conditions:

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if:

The stencil sheets are unused
The stencils are in original, unopened packaging
The customer pays return shipping

Once the returned stencils are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Opened stencil packs
Used or partially used stencils
Custom‑cut or custom‑designed stencil kits
Clearance or discounted stencil items

Damaged or Defective Stencils

If your stencil order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the item or assist with a carrier claim

Incorrect Orders

If we made an error (wrong stencil, wrong size, missing items), we will correct it at no cost to you.
